1. How Cancellations Work

To cancel or change a booking, call or WhatsApp us on +91 97289 33864 as early as possible and quote your booking confirmation details. We will confirm the cancellation in writing (message or email). A booking is not cancelled until we confirm it.

2. Standard Cancellation Terms

• More than 14 days before check-in: full refund of any advance paid, less any bank or payment gateway charges actually incurred.
• 7 to 14 days before check-in: refund of 50% of the advance paid, or the advance may be held as credit for a future stay within 90 days, if we agree this with you at the time.
• Less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show: the advance is non-refundable, unless we agree otherwise in writing at the time of booking.

Peak dates, festive periods, weddings and group / event bookings may have different terms. Those terms, if any, will be told to you clearly before you confirm and will override the standard terms above for that booking.

3. Refund Timing & Method

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days of our written confirmation. Bank processing times after that are beyond our control.

4. Changes to a Booking

Date or room changes are subject to availability and any rate difference. Please contact us as early as possible; we will do our best to help.

5. Cancellations by the Resort

If we must cancel a booking for reasons beyond our control, we will offer you a full refund of any advance paid or, if you prefer, an alternative date. We are not liable for travel or other costs you may have incurred.

6. No-Show

If you do not arrive on your check-in date and do not contact us, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the advance will be retained as set out in section 2.
