2. Bookings Are Made by Phone or WhatsApp

There is no online booking system on this website. A stay is booked only when you call or WhatsApp us on +91 97289 33864 and our team confirms availability, rates and terms directly with you. A call or message alone is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it.

3. Rates, Availability & Payment

Rates, taxes, inclusions and availability change with season and demand and are confirmed at the time of booking. Any advance, payment method and payment deadline will be told to you clearly by our team before confirmation. Please keep your confirmation message or receipt.

4. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM, unless we agree a different time with you in advance. Valid government photo ID is required at check-in for all adult guests, as required by law.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff and resort property, and to follow resort rules, including pool, spa and dining timings. The resort may refuse or end a stay, without refund for the unused part, if a guest's behaviour endangers others or seriously disrupts the resort.
